Fire Cider is an old-world tonic that infuses the powerhouse nutrients of turmeric, ginger, garlic, onion, horseradish, spicy peppers, rosemary, oregano, and thyme in everybody’s favorite: raw apple cider vinegar. My fire cider uses mostly organic ingredients, all premium and at the peak of freshness.
Fire Cider is made in quart jars and can be strained after 2-4 weeks of infusing. It will make about a pint. Keep it in the fridge and take a tablespoon a day to keep yourself right. If you feel a cold coming on, take a little more. Some people like to mix theirs with honey as the taste can be strong. Honey adds it’s own additional benefits as well as acts as a natural preservative.
The metal of the rim can react to the vinegar. If you’d like, place a piece of plastic film between the cap and the jar.
